Camera
======

The i.MX RT1170 processor includes a MIPI CSI-2 camera interface. Support for the OV5640 camera module was added in the |release-name| release.

For detailed hardware-level information, refer to the *8.3 MIPI CSI* chapter in the |hw-manual-link|.

Requirements
------------

**Hardware**

* OV5640 Camera Module with Raspberry Pi connections

Usage
-----

Connect the OV5640 camera module to connector X27 on the |product-cb| carrier board.

Build the firmware with the ``csi_capture.conf`` configuration and both the display and camera shields enabled:
