Does the phyCORE-AM57x support MIPI CSI-2? ========================================== No. Unfortunately, the PCM-057 design does not bring out the signals to the SOM connectors to support MIPI CSI-2. The TI AM571x supports 2x MIPI CSI-2 for a camera option (the TI AM572x supports 3x parallel camera / VIN). The phyCORE-AM57x SOM was designed around the AM5728 which does not have a MIPI CSI-2 interface. Therefore, support and signal availability is centered around the parallel camera interface. .. image:: ../../images/phycore-am57x/AM571-block.png :width: 650px :alt: AM571x Block Diagram .. image:: ../../images/phycore-am57x/AM572-block.png :width: 650px :alt: AM572x Block Diagram The following table shows the signals available at the connector (highlighted in yellow) from the MIPI CSI-2 on the AM571x variant of the SOM: .. list-table:: Processor Ball to SOM Connector Pin Mappings :header-rows: 1 * - AM571x Signal Name - Processor Ball Number - Net Name (Schematic) - SOM Connector Pin * - csi2_0_dx0 - AE1 - - * - csi2_0_dx1 - AF1 - - * - csi2_0_dx2 - AF2 - - * - csi2_0_dx3 - AH4 - - * - csi2_0_dx4 - AH3 - - * - csi2_0_dy0 - AD2 - X_VIN3A_D6 - X1-A67 * - csi2_0_dy1 - AE2 - X_VIN3A_D4 - X1-A65 * - csi2_0_dy2 - AF3 - - * - csi2_0_dy3 - AG4 - X_KBD_ROW2 - X1-A32 * - csi2_0_dy4 - AG3 - - * - csi2_1_dx0 - AG5 - - * - csi2_1_dx1 - AG6 - - * - csi2_1_dx2 - AH7 - X_VIN3A_CLK0 - X1-A75 * - csi2_1_dy0 - AH5 - - * - csi2_1_dy1 - AH6 - - * - csi2_1_dy2 - AG7 - -
