Pin Muxing
Use the following resources to plan your carrier board design and select the pin multiplex setting for each processor pad using TI’s Pinmuxing tool.
Connector Information
The phyCORE-AM64x has two Samtec High Density connectors for a total of 280 pins. Each connector has 140 pins (2 rows of 70 pins).
